  My mother had a stroke and I came to Illinois. Their home was in need of paint and a disable shower installed. I found Bill's Painting and Drywall in the yellow pages. Because the ceiling in my parents home had not been painted in several years I asked him to come and veiw what he was getting in to and give us a price, he did. We set a date and he came to spray the popcorn ceiling. As he and his crew was completing I told hime the ceilings were streaked. he said when they dried it would not look that way. They looked terrible and i called him. He sent his son and an other worker back. His son said it needed another coat it cover but if his Dad know he said that he would be mad. I called Bill back again and said I needed him to come and look at the ceiling and he said he would come and do "touch Up", when he did I ask him to put another coat on the ceiling. Bill's said the ceiling were very bad and that he did not plan on 2 coats and that I would have to pay additional money for the second coat but I asked why when he saw it as a "Professional with 26 years" did he not see this and include it in his beginning price. Needly to say, this lead to a disagreement. He is a "Snake in the Grass" and the painting did not show 26 years of painting experience, we are going to smaill claims court. Beware!
